BFSA Hygiene Drive EXTENDED – May 29th.
A huge thank you to everyone that has donated to the annual hygiene drive so far. Because of your generous contributions, we were able to provide Colington Square Elementary and Middle School with necessary hygiene items during the Health and Hygiene Fair put on by Aiesha Wactor, one of the East Baltimore Caucus Representatives. We still have the 100 for 100 event, and so the drive has been extended through the month of May.
The 100 for 100 toiletry bag distribution will take place on Saturday, May 30th. While we still have a good number of items for that event, there are items we are in major need of and some we could use more of. We are in need of the following items: hand sanitizer, tissue, nail clippers, adult size socks, body wipes, towels, soap and wash clothes.
Please consider either purchasing items and dropping them off at any of the designated in-person locations, or purchasing from the Amazon shopping list here, and/or making a donation directly to BFSA for the hygiene drive here. Sharing is caring, so please share this with everyone you can.
If you are interested in volunteering to assemble and/or distribute toiletry bags, please sign-up to volunteer here. If you have any questions, please contact Sikoka via Teams chat or email at [email protected].
